JFK To Spain
JFK waiting area Saturday afternoon
We had a four-hour layover here.
Sunday morning we made it to Madrid.
These are the concession stands at the Madrid train station.
We took the AVE from Madrid to Seville. It is the Spanish bullet train.
It took just 2:25 hours - about half the time the regular train would take. This is the Club class car.
We arrived in Seville right on time.
Here's Lynne waiting for me to take a picture.
Notice the clock - the AVE left Madrid at 12:00 and arrived right on time.
One of many sights in Seville.
The posts in the street define the boundary for motor traffic; the area outside the boundary is for pedestrians and horses.
