Arlington National Cemetery

Saturday morning, July 8, we drove to Arlington National Cemetery. On the way we passed the Pentagon. The entrance to the cemetery is through a large hall. Through to the back of the hall are shuttles which take a tour of the cemetery.

The JFK Memorial overlooks Washington - here you can see the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument in the distance.

And so my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world, ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.
